Joanne is a highly experienced licensed architect in the Philippines with 15 years of work experience in Singapore, specifically within the retail industry. While both residential and commercial architecture require similar planning, commercial architecture presents unique challenges in terms of time, budget, and creativity, making it particularly fascinating. Her expertise lies in thorough understanding of local (Singapore) codes, while creating functional and visually appealing spaces for retail environments, and she has a wealth of experience in project management for retail A&A, landed properties, and showflat construction. Joanne has held several managerial positions throughout her professional life, including Assistant Manager of Designs at Wheelock Properties. In her recent position as the Lead Space Planner for future workplace at Prudential, she is responsible for creating efficient and innovative layouts for office spaces and ensuring that all designs comply with relevant regulations.
